<p>自从Fab365设计了可折叠机器人以来，人们对以可折叠方式设计Wall-E提出了许多要求。这是因为Wall-E针对可折叠设计进行了优化。然而，为折叠而优化的形状仅限于身体，而Wall-E的头部/眼睛、手臂、车轮和履带是一个具有挑战性的形状，需要考虑许多因素。</p>



<p>现在我们也获得了很多经验，我们现在有了创造的技能，最后我们可以这样设计。</p>



<p>请欣赏Fab365在过去3年中通过可折叠Wall-E积累的可折叠设计技能。</p>



<p>在制作可折叠的Wall-E时，请记住以下几点。</p>



<p>折叠车斗时，请确保在折叠前检查突起和孔的位置。</p>



<p>连接到Wall-E车身上角的零件有一个小的粘合区域，因此建议在粘贴前仔细涂抹粘合胶。</p>



<p>颈部必须先向上推，然后旋转才能移动。</p>



<p>手臂沿轨道移动。在下导轨上，当手臂向前时，它可以很好地移动；在上导轨上，它在抬起时沿着导轨移动。</p>



<p>为了使轨道运行良好，最好用缝纫机油润滑车轮。</p>



<p>如果轨迹分离良好，则有助于提高流速。</p>

<p>船尾外壳有一个小“烟囱”，用于安装 AKK X1 5.8 Ghz 发射器。</p>



<p>前车身外壳底部有支架/支架，用于安装 FrSky XSR 或 D4R-ii 2.4 Gz Rx。</p>



<p>对于配电，我只是重新使用了我放置在 ZMR180 四轴飞行器上的旧配电板。</p>



<p>对于电源，我使用的是 Turnigy nano-tech 1300mah 2S 25~50C Lipo Pack。运行时间和性能非常好，它非常适合船体。</p>



<p>所有硬件都是M3。建议购买各种带螺母和垫圈的 M3 螺钉。</p>



<p>炮塔使用两个伺服系统。1 表示偏航，1 表示俯仰。我使用过：ElectroBot 2X Pcs Sg90 Micro Servo Motor 9G Rc Robot Helicopter Airplane Boat Controls。您将不得不修剪控制喇叭的尖端以获得正确的配合。</p>



<p>注意：此处显示的一些组件级照片是“版本 1”组件，但我发布它们是为了获得装配帮助，其中设计更改不会影响零件的装配方式。</p>



<p>“TurretPitchTableV3.stl 和 TurretPitchTableV4.stl 有什么区别？”&nbsp;&#8211; TurretPitchTableV4 的右前角厚 1 毫米，伺服的控制喇叭被“夹住”。添加此功能是为了消除您在我的视频中看到的俯仰轴上的“抖动”。源 FreeCad 文件也已上传，因此您可以更改以适合您的伺服/控制喇叭。您要编辑的挤压是 Pad003，它是从草图“AntiPitchJiggleExtrusion”中挤压出来的。当然，你也可以在你的控制喇叭上缠上胶带，让它变得更胖。同样，“PitchHornDownRestraintV2.stl”也旨在为炮塔俯仰伺服控制喇叭提供更紧密的“夹紧”。</p>

<p> 瓦力是电影《机器人瓦力》中的一个虚构角色，亦是该片的主角。他是一台虚构的型号为WALL-E（Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth Class，地球版垃圾配置承载起重机）的机器人，后来一见钟情地喜欢上了新形异星植物探测女机器人伊芙（EVE，Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator，但被瓦力叫做Eva 伊娃）。原本，“瓦力”是指影片虚构的特大型美国公司BnL（Buy n Large）生产的一系列清扫型机器人，但到了片中故事发生的年代，全世界的瓦力除了片中的这台外都已报废退役，故“瓦力”专指这最后的一台。 </p>

<p>3D打印需要43个单独的文件、84个主要部分、72个踏板和144个管脚。总共有300个单独的部分需要打印。</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>每只眼睛都可以通过伺服电机独立升降。</li>



<li> 每只眼睛都有空间增加一个小摄像头。</li>



<li> 头部可以通过伺服电机左右看。</li>



<li> 颈部在两个关节处启动，允许头部向上/向下看和升高/降低。 </li>



<li> 每只手臂的肩部都有一个马达，可以上下移动手臂。  </li>



<li> 手臂由压力配合关节、手和手指组成，可以手动设置姿势。</li>



<li> 坦克踏板（防滑转向）是完全三维打印，可以使用两个12V直流齿轮电机供电。   </li>

<p>其他一些部件，用Arduino-Uno来控制，比如通过蓝牙芯片用手机控制，用扬声器让他发出噪音。但这里并没有特别的装备，所以只要你能把它放在身体里，你就会很好。所以你可以用你最喜欢的组件。</p>

<p>我还使用了8.5英寸的螺钉和螺母将其组装在一起，并专门为这些螺钉安装了零件。你大概需要30个螺丝。大多数情况下，螺丝会直接拧进塑料，你不需要螺母，但大多数地方有能力插入螺母，如果需要的话。由你决定。</p>
