<h3 class="wp-block-heading">IndyShield</h3>

<p>3D打印部件在该项目中非常重要，因此我想进一步谈谈如何打印和后处理它们。</p>



<p>很多人可能会说保持最高填充度非常重要，但是从我发现使用高填充度并没有多大帮助，当然，使用高填充度并没有错，但我认为大约20- 40％可以。</p>



<p>我用PLA印刷了所有零件，但最好用PETG印刷，PETG的成本几乎是相同的，而且它们都易于印刷，但PETG稍微灵活一些，因此很难折断。</p>



<p>对于某些文件，您需要使用支撑件，请确保将其放置在正确的方向上，以使没有太多要移除的支撑材料并且可以将其移除。</p>



<p>您不必打印标记为OLD的零件，这些零件是我共享的某些文件的旧版本，以防有人使用。</p>



<p>您还可以找到.f3d，.iges和.step文件，以便轻松编辑我的项目。</p>



<p>对这些零件进行后处理时要小心，很容易折断它们。另外，请确保可以将所有轴承装入内部，应使用虎钳将其固定到位，以便将其拧紧。您可能还需要稍微打磨那些进入铝型材的销，这取决于3D打印机的精度。</p>



<p>还有两个“工具”，它们不是CNC的一部分，但是对于在铝型材和木床上钻孔非常有用。</p>

<p>在组装所有组件之前，您可能需要将它们切成适当的长度。得益于模块化设计，您可以将这些组件的寿命取决于您。我使用60厘米和30厘米长的铝型材和12毫米杆。如果要制造更大的机器，只需要使用更长的铝型材，杆和导螺杆，3D打印的零件就保持不变。如果您购买了所有切割成所需长度的零件，请跳过此步骤。</p>



<p>如果您可以使用斜切锯，请使用它来切割铝型材，这样您将获得完美的直边切割。我发现那些棒和导螺杆无法用手锯切割，因此您需要使用角磨机来完成。</p>



<p>此时，放置所有轴承也是一个好主意。我用一个小老虎钳来做这件事，正如我说的那样，这取决于您的3D打印质量，您可能需要稍微打磨那些，因为您不想破坏任何部分:)</p>

<p>为了使事情变得简单，我们将从装配Z轴开始。将两根杆放在Z轴滑架中，但不能一直穿过，我们也必须将Dremel支架也放在那里。Dremel支架应在线性轴承上自由移动。Z轴滑架底部的孔中应该已经有608zz的跳动。现在，我们可以安装带有丝杠和3D打印耦合器的步进电机。用M3螺钉固定电动机，并确保两个杆的底部都用螺钉固定。为了便于进一步使用，请将步进电机连接器向后指向，因为这是我们将安装电子设备的地方。</p>

<p>Y轴直接连接到本机的主机架上。它由20x20mm铝挤压型材制成，并通过螺钉连接在一起以确保坚固性。我选择20x20mm的型材，因为它们很容易获得，而不是那么昂贵并且适合本机的尺寸。可以使用更大的配置文件，但对于这么小的机器，并没有太大的区别。因为这台机器是模块化的，所以您不必使用特定长度的轮廓。您想制造一台大机器吗？-&gt;使用更长的配置文件。您要制造更小的机器吗？-&gt;使用较短的配置文件。我将个人资料切割为60cm（我们需要两个）和30cm（我们需要4个）。将型材切割成所需的长度后，我们就可以开始钻孔。我们需要在较长型材的末端钻孔，为了简化操作，我设计了3D可打印工具，可以将其放在轮廓上，然后使用6.5mm钻头钻一个孔。它是3D可打印的，所以是用塑料制成的，很容易钻出来，但是我们只需要用这个工具开4个孔就可以了，这不是什么大问题。在2个较短的轮廓的两端，我们必须用丝锥做螺纹。最好使用5.2mm的钻头在丝锥上预先钻一个孔，然后创建M6螺纹。</p>



<p>首先，使用M3螺钉将步进电机连接到3D打印的零件上。我们还可以将耦合器固定到电动机上。用锤子螺母将M5螺钉固定到位，以使其易于组装。您可以使用电机将3D打印的零件滑到较长的铝型材上。另一方面，可以固定一个较短的轮廓，如图所示。用锤子螺母拧紧螺丝。另外，别忘了在较长的铝型材侧面拧紧M6螺钉。在另一边做同样的事情。使用角连接器，M5螺钉和锤子螺母连接中间支架（您可以安装任意数量的（2或3个））。</p>



<p>我们已经安装了Y轴电机支架和丝杠支架，现在我们必须连接丝杠和Y轴杆。同样，由于这台机器的模块化，取决于您的杆和导螺杆的长度（您必须找出合适的长度，以便它可以与铝型材的长度配合使用）。</p>

<p>我必须找到一些对CNC工作台有利的东西。带插槽的桌子会很棒，但价格昂贵。我可以用铝板甚至是钢制成，但是很难切割（尤其是用角磨机将其切割成直线形）。作为我们大多数人（制造商），我没有可切割此类材料的大型CNC等离子，水刀或激光切割机，但我具有竖锯，因此可以用胶合板制成。我终于用台锯将其切成笔直，但应使用曲线锯或手锯将其切掉。胶合板足够坚固，易于切割，您可以在任何地方轻松购买，因此这似乎是一个完美的选择。</p>



<p>使用另一个3D打印工具，我在胶合板的边缘上钻了一些孔，用M5x10mm螺钉和锤子螺母将其固定到铝框架上。</p>



<p>因为我不想破坏这种胶合板，所以我在顶部添加了一块废木板（MDF），以便可以从材料上一直切开。</p>



<p>我还在工作台上增加了螺纹嵌件，以便可以使用M5螺钉将材料连接到CNC工作台上。您可以在网上购买类似的东西，您需要钻一个洞并用锤子将其放置到位，简单而便宜的升级确实很有用。</p>



<p><strong>废料板</strong>&nbsp;-一直铣削整个物料并且不希望破坏CNC平台的情况下可以磨碎的一种物料。一段时间后应将其更换。</p>

<p>我想建立自己的cnc机器，所以做到了。这里是最新改进版本！</p>



<p>该机器是模块化的，每个导轨可以独立驱动。</p>



<p>我们可以想象一个基于3轴或4轴CNC路由器，CNC激光切割机的Delta 3D打印机&#8230;</p>



<p>现在，我已经使CNC铣刨机能够以适当的速度和深度很好地工作，我可以获得一些不错的清洁效果。</p>
